Ok so i saw this on eBay had never heard of it did some quick searching(as quick as 56k allows anyways) and decided that 20 something bucks shipped was a decent price for something i couldn't drudge up much info on that was as old as i am.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eB...tem&item=300072682332
From what i can gather it was made in 88 or 89. It won the toy of the year award had rougly 10 games and was VHS based...

That is really a good find.  As described in Tan's link, this was an educational system.  Extremely odd looking controllers.  Great pick-up!!

Yea i found that site and 2 others.

There are apparently 2 different systems with different shades of grey(or gray??? Tongue).

Most of the info i found seemed to be a cut paste job from one original info source.

Interested in the tape from mikes collection.

PM me with info about it Smiley

EDIT
The auction doesn't say anything about a included system box but i am hoping thats what the pic was of.

I also was hopinh marriot might have known something or owned the console lol

I own one and a couple of the tapes too.  I picked it up CIB a couple of years ago with the pack-in game (Sesame Street: Let's Learn to Play Together) at a thrift for like $5.  Since then I found two more of the tapes in local thrifts.  I think mine is complete and working but I honestly don't remember ever trying it out (I think the games were over my head Wink ).  If you have any issues getting it working let me know I can dig mine out and see what's what.  And yeah the picture is the same as the box I have.

@ Den i assume you mean the game scans as i didn't see the system in our database... yet Wink

Also bum-man what game did your system come with?

Mine has Disney Arcade.
Which was the last game made(according to release dates.)

My guess is that the systems were sold with different games bundled in it and i got a later model.

Izr - the hardware is now in the DB if you want to add it to your collection (just got one as well CIB).  Mine came with the Disnet Arcade like yours.
