gosh, its hard to get away from soda when you work with it all day AND they let you take some home free.  At least it hasn't killed my enjoyment of it.  Except for Diet sodas, which I despise even more now.  They leave a bitter aftertaste from sugar substitutes, and smell bad.  For some reason, they even feel stickier than the rest.  If you're drinking soda to lose weight, you might want to try cutting back your quantity first, because the quality loss isn't worth it.

I think more impressive than me going 12 weeks without alcohol is me going 4 days without Diet Coke... or any fizzy drinks. I've been drinking about a litre of Diet Coke every day for God knows how long.

I've just been drinking milk and water.
