This is the Telegames Personal Arcade (Dina 2-in-1) system, released primarily in the UK.

I am not really into clones at all, but this was an exception due to the flagrant copywrite violations and the eventual legal selling of the Colecovision technology to a company called Telegames.  This version was only offered through mail order and plays both Colecovision and Sega SG-1000 games.  The seller was easy to work with on eBay and have a few more NIB systems.  Pics:

I haven't decided yet if I am going to break the seal on it.  I am dying to try it out check out the system, but that might not be the wise thing to do for the long run.  But I am a gamer at heart first.  I'll have to wait and see when it arrives to make that call.
