I've noticed multiple entries in the updated collections and I recall it has been only one entry per user in the past.

Uh, yeah... No clue. Maybe for some reason the database thought it would be funny to display my name over and over?
And even if it were recording the updates for every single update, I haven't updated that many times in one shot for months.

edit: Just saw that the picture you took was a current one. I haven't updated my collection since March, and I highly doubt no one else has updated since then.

lol, I got a good laugh when I saw that.  I corrected it and hopefully added a fix to prevent it from happening again.
