I still wonder: how many of your children have been murdered by the Sony Corp. Phoenix?
I doubt this guy would have gotten any repercussions from slow sales. They're not going to fire him and he's still going to get paid no matter what happens with PS3. Probably just wanted to move on.
Because of Sony, I have no children left...other than you, you bastard.
Seriously, though. I've mentioned before that I actually own a PS2. They have some exclusive games that I really like. What I don't like is that if I wanted to play a 4 player game on my PS2 I'd have to spend another $30 to buy a multitap. Also the fact that it doesn't have a hard drive means another cost for a memory card. Such is life, though.
My real gripe is that they are pulling the wool over the eyes of the general public with the PS3! All they had to do was match the features and $400 price of the 360 and I wouldn't have an issue. Instead, they are forcing Blu-Ray down the throats of the consumer and adding $100-$200 per console to cover the cost. Further, if you don't have a 1080p TV, you won't get the most out of the console, whether you're buying it for the Blu-Ray player or just for gaming. But consumers keep blindly forking over their $600, and it's painful to see. Until the price drops to about $200, this thing is an overpriced P-O-S, imo. My venom towards Sony stems from the fact that I want to see this thing flop so they can learn a lesson in humility for once. :/
Back on topic, though, I'm very curious to see what the reasoning is behind the guy leaving.
