New Super Mario Brothers was a highly anticipated game marking the first true new 2d Mario game since Super Mario World even though that is not true because you have to take into account Super Mario Land 2 and Mario Vs. Donkey Kong. Anyway, the game was fun, that is for sure, however the game lacked any semblence of difficulty which is what made the original Mario Brothers(which this is a throwback to) fun in the first place. The game is, in my opinion, very good if you can look past the absence of any difficulty whatsoever, and furthermore the game has the best local multiplayer of any DS game. Feel free to discuss.

I agree it is a Great Game, and provided alot of Fun. But I beat it way too easy.

I somehow Skipped Level 4 and 7. Have no Idea how I did that.  All the Bosses were too easy. 

BUT it was fun, I will give it that.

I'll give it a 7 out of 10.

My favorite game of 2006.    Fun all the way through.

Btw, to get to Worlds 4 and 7, you have to beat the World 3 and 6 bosses as tiny Mario.  Once you beat them Mario will discover a small path he can only fit through as tiny Mario, and that will lead you to both worlds.

I still need to get this game for my DS. It might be easy but I still want to play it.

Even though it's easy, it's still really good. Definately one of the must haves on the DS.

Multiplayer is a good time as well.
