Resize the pictures on the staf pages?

When looking at the staff pages I couldn't help but notice that none of the images looked good.

They were either too small and blown up to pixelated monstrosities, or huge and sized down so much that the file size could be 20 times less. When I, for example, want to ogle at Tholly's girlfriend, I don't want to wait for nearly a megabyte of image to download.

The new staff pages are a pet project of mine, and it is something that is worked on when I don't have more important things to do. Most recently it helped to pass the time while we determined how the hardware database would work. Right now the images are resized via HTML, and it is up to the staff members to put up an image that works well. (Something that looks great when resized to 250 pixels wide) Currently, for example, my staff picture is a place holder until I take a more worthwhile photo. Perhaps in the future I'll tinker with the staff pages, but there are definitely more pressing things to program, such as, for example, a new system for regional variants that doesn't suck.
