Yup it's Yumemi's alright, although it was known as Mansion of Hidden Souls in the US on the Sega CD as well.

Actually the Saturn's Mansion of Hidden Souls is in fact the sequel... although a pretty poor one.
While the Mega-CD version has you racing against time to find your sister and escape the mansion before you are traped forever as a butterfly, the Saturn sequel has you play the role of one of the spirits in the mansion some many years later. In this one you have to discover why the moon has become red. The spirit known as Elder that you meet early in the game is in fact the main character from the original Mega-CD version.

Yes, Yumemi Mystery Mansion wins as it was the PAL version, but Mansion of Hidden Souls for Sega-CD would of also done it as Belgarath pointed out.

Something I found unusual, it is heavily believed the Saturn was incapable of 3D transparencies. But the floating 3D heads in this game are in fact semi-transparent!

Well since no one guessed it I'll spill the beans. It's Power Lords! for the O2. The only reason I know that is because I filled out screens for the O2 section here at RFGen. Wink A high profile game like that among collectors I figured would've been an easy one.

Next person who sees this can post the next one. Smiley

I shall forever hang my head in shame.   no
I guess I need to fire up the ol' multicart and refresh my memory on all of the rarities on there.

It's for the Dreamcast and looks Japanese. Could it be the one where you fly around as a mosquito and bite people?

Edit: Mr Mosquito, probably on the PS2.
