Ultimate Spider-Man on the Game Boy Advance?  It has that GBA look to it...

You're right it had a GBA look about it, but it ain't ultimate spider-man.
Should be pretty easy for someone to search the database to get this now

It's either Spider-Man: Mysterio's Menace or Battle for New York

It is Mysterio's menace. Clue is his upside down helmet with the fish in

From Spider-man 2:

Quote
Spider-Man:
Okay, I'll bite. How *did* the fishbowl get stuck on your head?

Mysterio:
Insolent human! You are no match for the power of Mysterio!

Spider-Man:
Mysterio? I think I had a bowl of Mysterios for breakfast.

Haha, awesome. Imagine Bruce Campbell delivering these lines as Mysterio. He was going to play the part in Riami's Spider-Man 4 but alas...

Anyway, good luck with this one.

Damn! Off topic but now I really wish the 4th movie came to be. Too bad rebooting is the fad right now, and get ready for the next Spider-Man re-reboot just around the corner no doubt.

Check these storyboards out, they're pretty cool. I'm also tired of reboots and REALLY tired of Spidey getting movies that don't do him justice. I have faith Marvel Studios will handle their Spider-Man perfectly. I thought Pete in Civil War was nearly perfect.
