Ekoro is from Gal*Gun, Beck is from Mighty No. 9, and Gunvolt is from Azure Striker Gunvolt. Mighty Gunvolt features all 3. Wink

Yes, it plays very much like Megaman. There's no physical copy as far as I'm aware, and I've only seen it on the Japanese PSN.
