On the right track... I guess. It had a lot more action heroes in it, including Boondock Saints and Expendables stars.

Very close. Same team, same engine.
EDIT: I'll give it to you. It's Broforce, which is free on PlayStation 4 this week. Expendabros was an Expendables-themed version of Broforce.
