definately not Out Run, at least none of the Out Runs I've played. I thought those games used Ferraris exclusively and that appears to be a Mazda or a Toyota.

Zero4 had a red Mazda RX-7.
Wangan Midnight had a blue Nissan 300ZX and a black Porsche 964 Turbo.
Initial D had a panda Toyota Corolla and a yellow Mazda RX-7.
Touge and Shutokou Battle were general street racing games.

That essentially covers most of the major street racing serials for Japan.

EDIT: Oh, and Midnight Tune was general as well.
