Hint:

The game pictured has a a twin with lots of pizza, although you'd best avoid it.  

Sorry it wasn't released on a handheld. The game was released in 1990.

If no one gets it by tonight I'll post the answer and and new picture.

Ahh, marketing... You guys knew the game, but didn't recognize the sprite since the Famicom version featured a ninja instead of the Noid.
