It is indeed ZombiU for the Wii U.
I read they actually wanted to hide the entire original game Zombi as a unlockable within the game, but as it was a launch title under a strict release deadline this feature never got added in.

Yeah, and the cheat must be a UK thing. I live in the US and my copy was gorey as ever right out of the box/
