Don't know - doesn't look familiar to me for any titles released on the SMS or 7800, and I'm not familiar with any others at the time.

Not actually released in the U.S.  Does the photo have to be a U.S. release?  Didn't see any rules for this post regarding that, but if so, I can choose another game.

Nope, it doesn't have to be a U.S. release. I was just mentioning that if it were an unlicensed game, it's possible it was licensed since it was a Famicom game.
