Don't know - doesn't look familiar to me for any titles released on the SMS or 7800, and I'm not familiar with any others at the time.

Nope, it doesn't have to be a U.S. release. I was just mentioning that if it were an unlicensed game, it's possible it was licensed since it was a Famicom game.
