you mean empty boxes? I'll weigh an empty box, and try to figure it out from there., cheapest option to mail them.
--------------------
Well, the story so far. There were 78 sealed boxes, each box contatining 4 smaller cartons, of 6 NHL 96 mint/sealed games. There were two boxes, each with one carton missing. The total cost to me was £150.
So far, I have sold 4 sealed boxes (96 games) on eBay, and lost out.
My postage costs information was wrong, and it cost me £23 to send them, I onyl charged £11.21
Straight away I cancelled the other auction for the same, and explained to the seller.
The webmaster of a certaing British based board, has agreed to buy 4 boxes for £10.
I have sold one indivdual game on eBay for £0.99 plus postage.
Today, I took 2 boxes into my locacl auction house to "test the water", I do okay, I'll take some more in.
The best result so far, I re-used some boxes on my onw Electronic Arts games, and took loose NHL carts into Gamestation, where they gave me £1.50 instore credit per loose cart, I took in two, mixed in with other retro stuff, I shall continue trickling some that way.
Oh, and I placed an advert in retro-gamer, £2 each, including postage, it remains to be seen if they will actually print the advert.
