some might know of the great portablizers (sp?) ben heckendorn, from
http://benheck.com
who turn consoles into portables (and recently made an Xbox 360 laptop). I am making a half portable/half computer called the DCPC/half assed portable from sega dreamcast. I am buying parts online, I already have a dreamcast, 1 controller a VMU and a keyboard, Im ordering a screen (modded PS1 LCD) and a mouse and second controller. Im also buying sega smash pack and soul calibur, and the web browser. this is basically what the system is: at home I will use it like a computer, browsing the internet, and playing classic FPS's i burned (the only reason I have a computer) and on the go they can still play DC games. it has a battery pack, but you can also plug it in.

im almost done, I have all of the soldering equipment needed. I decided to, instead of making a new power supply, keep the original for the PS1 LCD screen and the DC. It will look like treamcast.

You're my hero. Vanilla Ice RULES! I can't believe that there is another
SERIOUS
Vanilla Ice fan on this site. The special edition DVD should be called "Cool As Ice: Drop That Zero Edition".
