What's everyones take on the Mel Gibson thing? I think it's ridiculous. Sure he's crazy but come on now, rap artists are doing worse things in their music videos that millions of pre-teens watch every day. Movie stars are all on coke and who knows what else.
I guess you just shouldn't make patriotic and pro-christian movies and hope to survive.

He was drunk. Got caught doing something stupid then said something stupid. That's no excuse but is it surprising? I'll still watch the Mad Max and Lethal Weapon flicks.
Besides it's common practice to both worship and pile on celebrities. How much fun have we all had with Tom Cruise the past year or so?

I have to agree with Den, though to be honest I never really cared for Mel Gibson didn't think he was a bad actor, just never cared for him.

Well my point is that this crap happens all the time and it's no big deal. Ted Kennedy got drunk and killed some girl and he's still a senator. I just see this as the liberal media trying to get rid of someone they don't like. I'm sure nothing will come of it but still it pisses me off when I see it in the paper and on the news everyday.

Hey I like Lethal Weapon...
And Braveheart too!! I could care less what he said when he was drunk. Talk is cheap. People always say shit they don't really mean, well atleast once in a great while...

Just about all people in the movie and sports industries arent very nice people. Ive had to work details guarding a few and they were total jerks
But of coruse most stars could urinate on fans and they would still line up to see them
