Any ideas?how is pain?Acocrding to an article pain is the  the most downloaded PSN game this year.

Considering it was a free download throw-in for two different PS3 bundles, that's not necessarily saying much.

It's an alright game. Simple and shallow but alright for a quick laugh before it gets boring. It's one of those games where you get the base download and a couple items but everything else costs money from characters to levels so I don't know what the rest of the game is like.

Maybe buying it from the PSN yields more content than the freebie vouchers I don't know. But with the freebie version, there isn't enough content there to justify it's price. 1 and a half levels and one character is hardly worth $5-10.

Pure is good, so I've read.

I'll get that for the X360 eventually once it drops down to a more reasonable price. From what I've played it's a good game. Like Excite Truck meets Tony Hawk with a bit of Sega Rally thrown in.

Yup. One of those games that doesn't do anything new but perfects the things it does. Sometimes that's all you need for a good game. Smiley

How much is Pure in America? I've seen it's down to £10 on the Xbox 360 here.

Edit: Or it was. They've sold out now and most places seem to be £20.

£10-20 seems fair. If you're into a fun arcade racer every now and then, I think you won't regret that one.

Mass Effect for about £10, or Fallout 3 for £20?

Mass Effect for £10.

Fallout 3 is still a recent game so its price will lower further. Smiley

NBA Jam's computer players are evil spawns of Satan.

From my blog a couple of days ago:

Quote
....NBA Jam, I lost by 4 points. Three seconds left I fired from mid-court and managed to score, bringing myself up to only 1 point behind the CPU. Then the CPU, apparently thinking that was a great idea, did the same thing and shot from center, scoring just as the buzzer sounded!

Insidious.

Just got Killzone from satan's asshole (aka Gamestop). They put the greatest hits version of the game in the regular version case. Meh, whatever. I don't care. Cheesy
