Yeah. Crackdown doesn't have much of a story...by design. And imo it really doesn't need more than the fact that you're a badass cybercop bent on killing every bad guy in your path, all the while pumping up your abilities to do more crazy stuff. The dossiers are neat, though, when you get to a new crime boss.

I think there's a(nother) bug in Crackdown. I've been all over the Volk island and can't find the last General case. What makes me think it's a bug is that I killed a blonde woman in a sort of D shaped building to the South-West but the marker showed up at the observatory in the North East. I went to the observatory and it was being guarded by peace keepers. I hadn't done anything at the observatory and the marker wasn't showing up at the D building.


Mr Xbox 360 Friend is getting on my nerves. He was very excited about getting the console then suddeny decided the games aren't good. "Too many FPSes", "Viva Pinata is boring", "King Kong is great". I asked him why he thought there were "too many" FPSes and his only comeback was Halo. He either needs some education or a slap. It's annoying but not all that surprising seeing as he thought Little Britain: The Video Game would be fun and worth £20.

Are you saying you found a 4th island? TMK there's only 3 (1 for each gang) with the Agency in the middle.

No, no. There's a tiny island to the East of the Volk island with one of the bosses on. For some reason I didn't see that or the oil rig at all. I spent ages going around the Volk island looking for the last two bosses and they were offshore. The reason I thought it was a bug is because the icon for one of the bosses came up in the completely wrong place and I've come across a few buggy moments anyway.

Downloaded a couple more of the map "canvasses" from Bungie and worked some more with the Forge on Halo 3.

just writing to say that royal mail is pissing me off. ordered a dreamcast with a load of games from ebay the other week. waiting ages while they are on strike. it finally wos gonna get delivered today but i wos at work. (they could have given it to my neighbour) but instead left a letter saying that it is at the main post office. however they are going back on strike again. so if anyone reads this who is a post man... F*ck you postman. get your act together!!!
