Annoyingly you can't depose the pope in this Medieval. I just keep killing him and hoping one of my Cardinals gets selected for election.

I don't understand how I'm expected to get 42,500 cool beans in a PGR3 cone challenge at platinum. I have enough trouble getting 8,000 at gold.

I played more Excitetruck.

I unlocked platinum races level at work today. Since that was on Boston Rd. i am going to have to do it again at Liberty St probably now.

Also played a bit more Bowling and Baseball.

I want to play boxing but we still don't have the nunchuck :-/

Iz, is saving storage for the Wii on an internal drive or does it still require memory cards?

I've been playing PGR3 all afternoon, doing cone challenges at platinum.

After a few tries of the 42,500 one I got it in one combo, but only got about 42,000 kudos. Yargh!

On any other game I would have given up ages ago and put it away on the shelf, never to be played again. I'm still hooked on this game, which is surprising seeing as there isn't anything particularly special about it.

More Medieval 2:

While I was beating Sicily and southern Italy into submission Denmark came out of nowhere with a giant army and laid siege to their original capital, which I had ninja'd out from under them fairly early on. I had to scramble to get troops to lift the siege, and only saved the city by sallying out and destroying siege engines, which delayed the Danes a turn but also lost me half my defenders. But in that same turn I loaded a ship up with a large army of Longbowmen and set sail from jolly ol' England. I landed the army on the  shore of Denmark and I'll shortly be sending those wascely vikings back from whence they came.

But first, Thanksgiving Dinner.

Played the demo for Small Arms, an XBLA game. Fun game, reminds me of Super Smash Bros. Melee. And played some pogo.

It has the shitty small amount of onboard memory.
I believe 512?

I don't think there are mem cards out yet but there is probably something you can use.

I played King of Fighters 99. Ended up 2 and 2.

Then played the OMG Sega Classics compilation for PS2.
Columns, Comic Zone, Altered Beast, Golden Axe, Golden Axe 2 Golden Axe 3, Virtua Fighter.
I don't remember what else we played off of that but it was amazing.
I wish i had bought it so much more now.

I've done nothing in my free time other than play PGR3 for the last week. I've got 19 out of 25 achievements and I'm 3 trophies off all platinum. Once I finish them I'll have another two achievements, being all gold and all platinum trophies.

Been plugging away at Star Trek:Tactical Assault and Age of Empires for the DS, also enjoying some leisurely fishing in Animal crossing WW.

I've been writing papers all weekend, whee! Now back to Medieval, I need to go destroy Portugal since they suck and keep encroaching on my land without permission.

Played more Gears of War. I'm in Act 3 and just finished killing off the corpser, so I should be close to the end of this Act.
