Been playing Dead Island just leveled up to level 25. I'm at the police station now. Very fun game.

This is my first gaming diary post, so here it goes:
Assassin's Creed III for Wii U:
I have been playing through the main missions and catching any side missions on the way. I am a completionist, so this one looks like it will take a while! By the way, I have never played any of the other Assassin's Creed games, but this one is amazing! Anyone who hasn't played it should definitely give it a try. The only game I have really put any time into on the Wii U is Black Ops II, and that was all online multiplayer. Well, I put it down for a second and started playing Assassin's Creed III, and now I can't stop. Anyone else here play it on the Wii U?

I once made the mistake of smelling a NES cart. Man, the last guy that blew in it must have had bad breath, because it smelled like a sack full of assholes.

The Assassin's Creed series is a great adventure and I like the historical fiction theme. I actually started these games on Xbox and played everything except Revelations because I got tired of the story they kept dragging on. Then I got the newest installment on PS3 for the extra missions. I might consider the Wii U version; I'm curious to find out how the gamepad will be implemented for this.

I think they implemented the gamepad controller very well. Which I have never played the other gameswith regular controllers, but you can look down at the game pad and zoom in and out to check your map. There may be more things, but I haven't paid much attention to them. I know playing with the gamepad doesn't feel strange at all. It actually feels very natural.

Halo 2 PC servers are going down Feb 15th so i know what i will be playing.
Still going through the very short Gundam Operation Troy campaign at a VERY slow rate. 10 missions and each one takes 15-30 minutes. I still have 5 missions left. Plus a little replay.

I'm a few hours into the jungle. Man, this is a long game.
On a side note, I also started Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force. Great game, and not just because I like Star Trek.
