3D Classics: Excitebike (eShop) - The 3D really adds a sense of depth. There really needs to be more 3D remakes...

Just started Far Cry 3 (PS3), played about 2 hours, but it already feels promising. Its about a group of friends who were enjoying some quality time in an Island, but got kidnapped by pirates. The protagonist, Jason, succeed to escape, and his mission is to rescue his friends and escape the island.

The Island is a huge place, with plenty of things to do and collect. Besides the main missions, you should hunt animals to use their skin to make bigger wallets, weapons bags and other stuff, collect some specific herbs to make medicine, do side missions to earn money to buy new weapons...really rich world to explore.

Finished The Walking Dead. Definitely got misty-eyed at the end...

Bought Retro City Rampage, game is interesting but I can already tell that game is going to be a time thief and hard to G out, so back to Bioshock 2 to wrap up some loose ends in single player.

Lego Lord of the Rings: played a couple hours.

Dragon Quest VII: Over 100 hours in and still playing. Great game!

I am also working on The Walking Dead. I am between episode 4 and 5 right now. Kind of putting off finishing it as I played 1-4 rather rapidly.

I'm also playing Mega Man X Command Mission on Gamecube but it isn't doing much for me so I dunno....

My whole thing in 2012 was finishing every game I started but in 2013 I may make it to drop games that I'm not enjoying. I'm still thinking about it.

Stopped playing Pocket Fighters and Dead Island in order to start scanning some stuff.  I'm thinking about playing though.

I started playing Castlevania:  Portrait of Ruin.  The second character kind of feels tacked on so far, but it's still alot of fun.

My least favorite of the DS Castlevania's, but still very enjoyable.  The story did develop better than I assumed it would, including an unannounced connection with a very underrated older Castlevania game...
Oh, and Order of Ecclesia FTW Smiley

I think I need to put Halo 4 MP on hold awhile, as I just picked up Anarchy Reigns to play with friends and I need to finish up some of the games that have sequels out soon.  And once Aliens: Colonial Marines drops, that'll hog some time I'm sure.  Of course, I'll be back on Halo 4 to finish out Spartan Ops Season 1 and to play with friends.

Sheesh, who has time for a life anymore? Wink

I just picked up Dawn of Sorrow and have started to play that through.  I think that Portrait of Ruin is my favorite of the DS Castlevania's, but I haven't played more than two hours of Dawn of Sorrow yet.  I don't like the touch screen gimmick in DoS, but it isn't too intrusive, so I can live with it.

Once you beat it there's a mode where you can play as three of the supporting characters ala Castlevania 3. I think I enjoyed that playthrough way more than the normal storyline path.
