Played some more Dark Chronicle yesterday. 35 hours on the clock now and I'm only in chapter 4. Undecided

Had a lot of gaming today. My best friend and his step brother came over. We played:

Super Smash Bros. Brawl
NBA Jam TE (SNES & Gen)
Guitar Hero 2
Sonic CD
Corpse Killer (CD & Saturn)
and Super Metroid on the Wii VC

Before they came over I got a couple rounds of Sol-Feace and Space Invaders Extreme in.

Still playing MGS, I'll have to settle for the bad ending as my forearm cant take this torture mini game. Tongue

I'm right around level 45 in Star Ocean, got 2 of the 4 emblems I need to visit the demon world. I might just have to buy a 360 so I can play the 4th one.

Playing The World Ends With You.

Who would have ever thought the best use of the DS's capabilities would be a JRPG?

Opened up my copy of Ninja Gaiden 2 to test it out. Works fine. Played up to the 2nd save point. Had to stop there because I sensed I was starting to get hooked. Cool Fun game!

Also tried the RE5 demo from XBL. The game looks good, but the one thing I don't "get" about the control scheme is why do you have to pull the left trigger to aim...why not just use a reticle and the right thumbstick? I kept getting killed because it seemed so clumsy! Tongue

Left trigger zoom works for FPS, and other third person games that use left trigger aiming also use it to zoom. Why not use it in RE5? Maybe I just need to explore the control options more? Undecided

Hint: Use a pen and rub it across the circle button. It will work much better.

Shenmue and Operation: Anchorage in Fallout 3. For Shenmue I'm still at the slow part (No I don't know where the Yamamoto's live, leave me alone crazy lady!) and Operation: Anchorage was pretty neat, except for the part when you leave the simulation (blahblahblahoutcastskilleachotherblahblahblah) so I thought the ending wasn't too good.

Played through the RE5 demo again. It still takes some getting used to the control scheme, but overall it is pretty good. I'm not going to spend $59.99 on it, but I'll get it when it's a bargain title.

Tested my ebay copy of Guitar Hero: WT also. Works fine. Cool

Left 4 Dead and Shenmue. Got to disk 2 in Shenmue, now I'm just waiting until Warehouse 8 is open.

Got my second 1000/1000 today in Oblivion. Very time consuming.

Worked some more on MGS, I'm on the fight with REX but I had to put it down after a few tries. Something about this game makes my head ache whenever I play it.

Me and my girlfriend also played Tales of Symphonia for a while today, haven't played it in so long I thought we should really get around to finishing it.

Finished Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles and now im going back to S rank everything on Normal Mode. So far I've got everything in the first 3 chapters S ranked except the Ada Wong level, so Im mostly done.

Got to the last boss in Castle Shikigami 2 Today and died seconds before dealing the final blow to him. I think I unlocked an extra credit though so it should be no problem to finish him/it off soon.

Leveled up a little bit more on Puzzle Quest and am currently sitting at around level 36 and doing to missions for the Minotaurs so I'm getting close to Lord Bane now.
