Beat 2 of the 3 unlockable modes in RE4.

Beat the Wiiware title Incredible Maze(still need to try the balance board with it)

Played another couple rounds in Defend Your Castle I have 950 Archers, 950 Stone Masons, and i believe nearly 1600 Magic people.
I think the evil stick raiders are starting to get a little closer to my castle since i stopped upping my archers and focused strictly on magic.

Played World of Goo for a little bit. Having trouble on Ode to a Bridge Builder(at least i think thats what the stage is called.)

Played some more Dark Chronicle. I'm almost halfway through the Seaside dungeon now.

The Georama isn't advancing much. Claire needs to be in the Red Iron House, but she "wants some light" and I can't put Lamps on the house. Undecided

More Forza 2.  I made it to level 50 and have 1 more series of races before completing them all and adding my first game of the year to my completed list.

DL'd and played the demo from XBL for LOTR:Conquest.

I went through the "Training" mode in single player. Not bad. I didn't play any multiplayer though. It reminds me of Dynasty Warriors set in the LOTR universe. Hopefully the end product will have more depth than a DW game. The gameplay was good overall, as well as the player interface & presentation, so imo this is one to keep an eye on. But it remains to be seen if it's going to be worth a full price purchase.

Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars.

Sweet.

Played one round on RE4: Mercenaries its fun but i guess i am kinda burnt out on the Res Evil thing. Maybe give it some time and then go try and ace all those stages to get my final unlockables.

Playing World of Goo.
I should be coming up on chapter 4 soon.
This game is freakin sweet.

Dinged 80 on WoW a day or two ago. Working on getting some decent pre-raid gear so I can start raiding.

Playing a lot of Wii Sports, oddly enough. Played a little over Christmas with the girlfriend's family and it rekindled my love (like?) for the system. Maybe I won't sell it after all.

Now the biggest selling video game ever, according to VGChartz.com. Shocked

All those fanboys saying Sony "forced" BluRay and all on people buying the system, blindly ignoring that Nintendo forced them to buy that non-game.

Oddly enough, it still sells for $30+ on eBay. Pretty incredible.

That's just terrible.

Not that I really care what game is the best selling video game ever, but atleast SMB is a real game (and a very good one, too).

This just proves how important the mainstream has become to the industry.

I don't think this is the lowest we'll fall though. Wii Sports looks bad to me now but it'll be even worse when a game for a non-gaming device takes that spot. (I can see that happening in 10 years or less, on a device such as the iPhone Sad)

Oblivion (PS3) has been eating my life since Friday.  I've realized that it was a horrible decision to start playing it because its so GOOOD! Smiley.  And I have my senior paper and a huge enviornmental science project due Wednesday, and both of them have yet to be started.

I'm not really sure why it's that big of a deal. All it tells me is that video games are more popular now than they were ten, fifteen, or twenty years ago. Super Mario Brothers is a great game, but it's status as 'best selling game of all-time' was bound to fall sooner or later.
