I bought and have been playing Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. This is the first time I have every played this game :embarassed: and so far this game is one of my top five favorite PSX games.

It's pretty much the best game ever.

Got 50% on Gran Turismo 4 after doing the GTi Volkswagen challenge Cheesy The game is going back on the shelf for now, I've had enough Tongue

Started with Dark Chronicle. Story seems a bit simplistic so far, graphics are great, so is the music. Smiley

Currently I'm only at the sewer dungeon (have played it for an hour)

The cheap way around that problem would be getting an older Civ game for PC Smiley

Yesterday I've made some more progress in Dark Chronicle, game is great but the combat areas dissapointing.

Did you get the XBLA version?

Excellent! Cool

From what I hear, there are less online problems with the 360 version, but they are patching the PS3 version as needed. However, if you're playing offline, they're about the same.

FYI, to the best of my knowledge the PC versions have much more micro-management to them and 1 game can last upwards of 16-20 hours (or more).

I just finished MGS 4 last night.  Nice ending to the series.  I really loved the gameplay.  Normally I'm against remakes of classics, but dang I would love to play MG, MG2, MGS, MGS2, and MGS3 with the MGS4 engine.  That would would be pretty dang fun.

The last couple of days I've been finishing up some old games I've never finished. Finally beat Ninja Gaiden yesterday after who knows how many hours of playing it (a lot of taking breaks to see what was on T.V. and such). Right now working on Mega man 6. I've got a strange urge to finish Rune Factory also so maybe I'll get that done too.
