I'm trying to find a good old fashioned action platformer to play, but nothing's really grabbing me these days. Right now I'm playing Dragon Quest V which is quite good so I'm not going to complain too much.

Pretty much beat RE: Umbrella Chronicles. I'm playing Ice Age 2 on Wii now. I must say Ice Age 2 is actually a decent, fun movie adaptation game.

I pseudo beat Katamari Damacy last night. I still have to create the constellations, but I got the credits to roll. So I'm still playing that, and also playing GH2.

I agree, but I was a bit annoyed with the no sliding/ no charging thing.

Tried out the used copy of GH1 I picked up recently (worked fine); I totally forgot it had Iron Man on it! I even tried to play Iron Man with the standard controller on Medium (got thru 56%). Then I played Crossroads with the Guitar controller.
Also played the trial games of Warworld (?) and MegaMan 9 on XBLA.
Finally, played a couple more games of Ticket to Ride against the computer on medium. Time to up the difficulty and/or start playing against human opponents online.

Started playing Mount and Blade and OH MY FREAKING GOD THIS IS THE GAME I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN LOOKING FOR!
Big medieval battles with the player acting as the leader.../drool
You start out by yourself, start taking out little packs of looters, and build an army through mercenaries and such. Haven't got real far, only have one companion atm, but damn...I need to do homework
