Played some Megaman X today on the SNES. Wow... I really do suck at video games. I beat chill penguin, then died at the next boss i fought, armored armadillo. But, it was fun!! Maybe someday I'll get around to beating Megaman X. Maybe...
I'm worse than you at Mega Man games. I promise. I'm atrocious.
I dunno... I suck pretty bad...

I've been playing a lot of Battleship and Worms Armageddon on my GBA at work during the slow times. I never really thought of myself as a strategy game fan, but I've really gotten into these, so I guess I must be.

More SMCR...less sleep.
I'm taking a break from it for awhile.

I'm wondering if I should buy another Gamecube. I traded mine in when I got my Xbox 360 in October 2006. I know I say I hated the thing but I did have some good times with it. Like the Xbox, I got it at a bad time.
The trouble is, I'm supposed to be saving money for car repairs. I'm also supposed to be selling off most of my collection - the games I don't play or want.

I don't know about where you live, but you can get a GameCube around here for $10-30 on craigslist.

You can get Gamecubes for around or under £20 with a game or two here, if buying second hand online. I was looking at one on another forum with Mario Kart Double Dash, a memory card and two aftermarket controllers for £22. Seems ok considering MKDD was always over £15 when it was new. That's the kind of reason why the Gamecube didn't do so well here. The games never became as cheap as the other platforms. Mario Sunshine still goes for £10 used in stores.
And where have you been?

I just beat Twilight Princess, great ending and probably my second favorite Zelda game. I really hope they make more like this. I really enjoyed the somewhat darker style this game had.
Now I just have to find something to play until Final Fantasy 4 comes out.

I am all outta luck you can't lye beside me I alone and afraid where is my guid-ing-lighting. I all outta hope and all I have is sighting and then I just realize my Mose 7 for my SNES has left me. It was there one day and now it is gone. Any game that plays mode 7 will show distortions in graphics. It is kinda funny how all sqauresoft games seem not to work period.

Played some guitar hero aerosmith with my friend today. It was pretty good, but I was shocked and slightly please that they did include some run dmc songs. Not a huge rap fan, but he is not bad.

I played some Civilization 3 today. I was doing nicely minding my own business until the Americans decided to randomly start a war on me. From then on, I was only out of war for a few turns at a time every now and then because they kept declaring war. Then they got the Incans on their side, which made things worse. Then the Mayans joined in.
I could see I was definitely going to lose which took all the fun out of it, so I gave up for the night.

More SMCR last night. Unfortunately, my kicking the addiction only lasted a day.
No gaming tonight. Too much real life to deal with.
