I thought the games where a bit meh when I played them in the past, but I picked up a loose cart of the third one for the Genesis for $3 -- at that price how could I say no? If I hated it, I could have made a tiny profit.

It is a lot better than I remember being, and very fun. Well worth the $$$ I paid.

The store has a cart of the second one, which is the other one on the Genesis, but the label is probally the second worse one I have ever seen for any cart game. Sad

Your thoughts on the game?

I remember really liking the arcade version of Splatterhouse, but I've never played the Genesis versions of it.

I recall that it's supposed to be a rather short game, though.

I've heard good things about this series. Sadly, I've yet to find any of them.

I played the first one back in the day. One of my friends actually had a TG-16. I liked it. I have tried the Genesis a few times and ther are pretty good.

I've also never played any of them, but I've heard lots of good things about the Famicom version.  I actually once thought I had the Famicom one on a NES SuperVision cartridge, but it turned out to be a different Famicom game.  Sad
