Maybe you should start a web page dedicated to it, listing his ebay name, real name, and address.   Grin

Hey, worked for the Sidekick dude.

Do you have a link to the auction in question?  Or at least the user name of this ass clown?  I want to add him to my blocked bidder list before I start listing my spares on Ebay.

And give him Hell dude.  This guy is nothing but a common thief.

well after a long talk with paypal I have pretty much found out that when selling something  the following things should be done

should get 2 or more people to view the item for witnesses before sending

should write down all the serial numbers and mark the item somehow

should video tape the item working being packed and sealed up for shipping

should put sold as is several times in the auction

when at the post office have the postmaster verify the contents are packed well enough if they fall out of a plane the item will be ok.

get )nsurance on package

get a tracking number

dont let anyone bid that has less than 20 positive feedbacks

then even if paypal agrees with you in the dispute if the buyer used a credit card you still get screwed because paypal just turns the dispute over to the credit card company who does not get in contact with you or even cares to hear your side of the story

So more or less if you want something for free just buy what you want with a new account using a credit card then claim the item was broke and file a charge back  the credit card company will take your side and give you back your money and you got whatever you wanted for free.

sorry for the rant I guess I have just learned a hard lesson and will take all the steps i listed if i sell again that way I will definitly pruse criminal charges against anyone that pulls this kind of trick again.

OMG! what a load of crap. Paypal is real ugly toward the sellers....I don't care who the seller is, there is no way any seller does all those things on a daily basis. Sorry Wrldstrman, hopefully he will get his in the future.
