Your crazy to think Tom Goes to the Mayor is a good show. I think that is probably the worst show on the air. I wish that they would take it off Adult Swim. There so many better things they could put in its place.

If you say FLCL, Family Guy, Inu Yasha, Full Metal Alchemist, Robot Chicken, or The Boondocks, then I can see why you'd hate TGTTM. It is definitely not your type of humor. It's more along the line of stuff like Arrested Development, Mr. Show, Strangers With Candy and even Super Milk Chan.

Also, I hated Tom too at first, but as I watched more of it, I started to realize how great it really is. Yet again, my tastes in humor is far different than most people.

Actually I really liked Arrested Development, Mr. Show, and  Strangers With Candy. I think TGTTM is nothing like it. Maybe its its simple form of animation. All I know is that is really nothing I can stand watching. Its not even worth waisting my time on it. But everyone is in-titled to there opinion. My opinion is that it shouldn't be on the air.

I think aot of anime can be spoiled by 2 things ,first bad dubs that just dont suit the film as in bad actiong or the wrong type of voice, or subtitles that are to fast as in you see the answer to a question at the same time.
Thats the thing tihs subs though i do like to hear the original voices but hate having to read a film as you miss whats going on onscreen.
