Collection Milestones

I hit 1700 games listed.  I had 1300 back in Aug (and 1500 in Oct) so it looks like my collection is growing by about a 100 games a month!!  Holy Crap that seems fast.

I think i averaged 100ish games a year.

I was WAY off.

With todays purchase i broke 300 individual titles.

Other smaller goals i have accomplished recently
15+ PS2 games
10 GCN games
20 Xbox games
15+ DC games
5 GBA games

I have actually increased my collection by between 1/2 & 2/3rds of its size a year ago.  (I am at 468ish individual titles now)
I doubt i will be able to make it an even 200 games by December 28th.

Broke 1100 titles listed and finally broke the 600 mark for the NES !!  |D

Now sitting at 605 NES games. I recently added 12 CIB games thanks to Josh, AKA, Qixmaster.

With the addition of my XBox 360 I now have 40 boxed systems. 47 systems over all I think.

Two Months since my last post in this thread...I have reached the 200 games mark.  If you've read my posts in the small score thread then you know that Ive been focusing alot of my attention on Gamecube and GBA games lately thanks to the big ol' TRU and their $10 sale or markdown.  

Anyway, I am still less than a year into this collection and I think that Im going to stop collecting the old atari (and Coleco and Odyseey, etc) items.  I just dont have fun playing them.  I think that I will focus on the 8 bit to present part of my collection. I know I wont be able to pass a really good deal or a really rare item...I just wont be buying things because "OOH that cart is in better condition than the one I have," and things like that.  So I guess that my decision to limit my search for games is a milestone in itself.  Not as glorious as reaching 200 games, but a milestone just the same!

15 more games to go.
I wonder how many will be demos.....
That seems to be how i am breaking most of my new goals lately.
Well for disc based systems anyways.

I just got back from Game Crazy and finally reached another milestone:

200 Genesis games!

I bought Arch Rivals, Gadget Twins, and Revolution X with Gadget Twins being my official 200th game.  Just 505 to go!
