I hate gamefaqs.

They found out what happened with my uncle.  my aunt's ex from the other side of the family stole his identity 15 years ago.  weird, just weird.

I understand why you say I act older...

Ahhh...... I love being too smart for my own good. Grin Tongue

EDIT: I think GameFAQs is great, but my opinion means nothing, so whatever.

Joke I read over at AtariAge:

Q: How many Emos does it take to change a lightlbulb?

A: None, let 'em cry in the dark.

Making fun of "EMOs" is not funny, clever, or even entertaining in the least.  Not to mention old as hell.  Canada really needs to get with the times.

Woot!  I just sold a truck bed tool box that I got with a to of Atari 2600 stuff a few months back.  I paid $15 for it all and just sold the toolbox for $20.

Also got my $250ish paycheck from working at the county fair a couple weeks ago.  It's gonna (hopefully) be a good weekend for games.

I just spent my last few pounds trying to fix my TV tuner card that I bought the other day. At first it wouldn't pick up any digital channels but then I updated the software and got them all. But then they kept freezing because they were losing the signal, and recordings were awful because of it. They were corrupt and missing big chunks.

I ordered something to move the IDE hard drives off the PCI bus onto the sata connections. (It's in the mail, so I haven't tried it yet) Then I came to this afternoon where I decided to try a new RF cable because the one I was using is about 10 years old. Woohoo! it works. No jumping at all and recordings come out absolutely fine.

At least when the IDE->Sata converters come I won't have to wait 10 seconds for the PCI IDE adapter to boot on startup.
