It would be something way bigger than that at this point.

Since we are locked into the contract because (i might be using some of the wrong fancy terms so give me a break) apparantly when buying a car their is not fulldisclosure like when buying a house/furniture/etc. and there is a clause somewhere that says you cannot cancel the contract on a car you purchased.
Note: This clause is not mentioned nor present in any written, verbal agreement you may make. A dealer should they chose can agree to nullify the contract. But it is their decision in the end.

I don't know how that can make sense in any way legally but after getting ahold of the attorney generals office my mom has given up since "we don't have a leg to stand on" and this is the first time i can remember her ever being completely defeated...

Which really sucks because the guy was such a smug, rude, canieving son of a bitch.

Wow so much has happened.

Did readers digest cover the hockey victory of the 6 foot 5 black transvestite gang in the slums?

laugh I was thanking him for his congrats a few post back Wink

Also, yeah...... Your situation sucks! I could have told you that you would be fucked hmm I worked for GM dealerships for about 8 years. Your best bet would be if you continued to have problems with the car, then you would have a chance at the lemon law.

Hopefully everything works out for you Anthony.

Lemon Law?

Fuck with his car. Cut the brake lines, sugar in the gas tank.

I have seen a car that had the Dealerships Name all over and how bad they sucked.

Get some stuff you can write on the windows with and how they sold you junk and go to the dealership.

Do this except don't go to the dealership, they could have you escorted off the property.  I'd suggest parking out front or across the street from them.  That'd be fucking classic!!!

If the iTeam thinks that it would make a good news story they will get ahold of us again and it would be all over the major news station for all of western mass.

That would make an excellent story and great publicity for them Smiley
Who wouldn't want to go buy from a dealer who is going to be ruining the financial future of a struggling college student buying his first car. Especially after using their extremely shady tactics.

In anycase it looks like i will be going to pick up the car tomorrow if the owner of the dealership is there.
We want to talk directly to him before actually picking up the car to try and work out some kind of deal.
