I am a beer man all the way.  My thoughts are that any beer is a good beer.....wel except for those FOO FOO girly ones, aka Smirnoff, Mikes Hard Lemonade.

*looks at screen name*

But yeah, I used to be a God Damned walking encyclopedia for mixed drinks, but it got to be too much work.  I most just drink beer now.  However here a few recipes that are always a hit

Electric Lemonade:
1 oz.  Vodka
1/2 oz. Blue Curaco
2 oz. sour mix
Fill rest of glass with Sprite

Gold Rush (shot)
1/2 Cuervo Gold
1/2 Goldschlager
It sounds disgusting, but it is actually pretty tasty.  Interesting note, Cuervo Gold is teh only kind of tequila that works with this.  I don't know why.

Blues Martini
1/2 vodka of choice
1/2 gin of choice
dash of Blue Curaco
Three of these and you'll be good for the night

I tried Black Cherry Smirnoff tonight.  It was very good for a straight vodka. It definitely did not taste like a true vodka, but it was effective.

It wasn't the Twist stuff, it was just the plain vodka.

After extensive testing, I have determined that gin martinis are superior to vodka martinis.

^The culprits were Tanqueray, Bombay Sapphire, Smirnoff and Stolichnaya.

All were made with Martini and Rossi Dry Vermouth.

Not in the same night.

I though so.  I haven't found another Gin that I like except for Tanqueray.  It is good stuff.

Don't like Bombay Sapphire?
I prefer it to Tanqueray, but I wouldn't turn down either of them.
