I went into the community centre for lunch where they had beef pasta bake with garlic bread and salad. It was a huge meal. It filled me up for the rest of the day so I haven't had any dinner.

Since I stopped drinking and dad hasn't been around to buy cakes and the like, I've lost 6lbs in two to three weeks. Not bad. In fact it's the 21st day since my last alcoholic drink. Smiley

I had BBQ potato chips, a snickers, and Lifesaver Gummies for dinner with a Dr. Pepper to chase it all down.

It was free (of nutrition).

Sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit.

I am pretty sure there was mold starting to grow on it....

If i die later i will be certain. I will just keep lying to myself and say that it was discoloration from the grease

No food. Me hungy. Only eaten a banana today. My sister can't be bothered to cook dinner and neither can I. No money for a takeaway.

At least I'm down by 8lbs in four weeks, 28 days alcohol free.
