Cheese dipping sauce from Jet's Pizza.  So far pizza, a few stray nuggets and fries (kids, from McDs) and some left over penne noodles have ended up in the sauce.  Still looking for more, as there is a bit of sauce left in the plastic cup.

I'm a happy camper at the moment: lying in a hammock, picking on olives and feta cheese, drinking a beer, reading manga on my tablet and just got my boy to sleep.

Trying a new creation tonight for dinner: fried deer balls.

No, they're not testicles. Just balls of ground venison. I figured chicken nuggets are good like that, so deer should be too, a little A1 sauce for dipping should pair nicely with it.

My goodness that sounds delicious.

I'm about to partake in fresh salsa made entirely from my garden.  Well, my father-in-law's garden, since mine needs a couple of years of mulch and manure to grow anything other than corn (and weeds).

Made two strombolis, one has beef, ham, pepperoni, and mozzarella in it. The other one has all of that plus green pepper and onion.

I've been eating a lot of this "dendeng" lately. Its suuuuuuper good. I have had sooo many different kinds of jerky before but this is by far my favorite. Here is a recipe if anybody is curious. The coriandor is key!
