This has been a burrito kind of day. Ended up getting a taco truck burrito with a friend, only to come home and find that my partner had went and got some burritos from the corner store for dinner.

cream corn, mashed potatoes, and steak or ground beef always go great together. peas are a good alternative to the cream corn too.

I'm about to have some sweet potato waffle fries tosses with sauteed bacon, onion, garlic and  put back in the oven with a shitload of cheddar cheese on top. woo hoo.
