WTF I though I had posted in this thread.
I have Taz and Wheel of Fortune in a plastic box. All the Mega Hits Series are in cardboard boxes.

I am still waiting on a conrifmation on Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3.
I am almost positive my copy was cardboard.
I haven't seen a CIB copy on eBay in quite some time....
