The first game you owned for each of your consoles

NES - SMB/Duck Hunt on the first NES I had during my childhood. For the NES I got last year, I bought Rad Racer and Michael Andretti's World GP together at a pawn shop.
Genesis - I bought a Genesis lot from a local Digital Press member in 2004, which included Golden Axe II, Monopoly, Altered Beast, and Sonic The Hedgehog (I later sold off Sonic after buying the Genesis 6-pak cart, which has the game on it).
Super NES - Super Mario World. I got my SNES for my birthday in 1993 and still own the same exact one to this day (and I'm happy to say it never yellowed |D ). Unfortunately, I had to replace my original copy of SMW because it died on me and a cleaning couldn't bring it back. Don't know wtf happened there.
N64 - Mario Kart 64, which I got as a birthday gift back in high school (back then, I had to get my N64 fix from my younger brother's N64, as I didn't own one of my own until 2004).
PS2 - Crazy Taxi. Paid the full $50, but the money was on a gift card. I remember buying it at a since-closed TRU that still used the card system, and waiting 20 minutes for someone to show up and get me my copy from the back.
I never owned a PlayStation, so when I got my PS2 I took the advantage of the backwards compatibility to check out what I missed - the first PSX game I owned was Gran Turismo 2, which I got as a birthday gift. It was one of the buggy non-GH ones, and I always had to save a backup of my memory card file to another card when I was done playing in case the game froze up while saving the next time and corrupted the original file (which happened a couple times). Later on, my brother lost my original copy of GT2 and I had to buy another copy. I made sure to get a GH one.
Gamecube - The Legend Of Zelda Collector's Edition, back when GameStop was still selling it for $20 used.
Game Boy Advance - Metroid Fusion. I never owned a GB or a GBC (although I wanted a GBC). The first GB game I owned was Qix, and my first GBC game was R-Type DX.
Game Gear - I don't own one anymore, but when I did, I got it with Sonic Chaos and Mortal Kombat.

hmmm, this could take a while. I doubt I could name them all but here's a few I can think of.
Atari 2600 - my first system, recieved as a gift for my 8th grade graduation. let's skip the pack in Combat cart. Defender and Asteroids were the first.
NES - bought this new my first year of college. again I'll skip the pack in. Blades of Steel was the first.
Genesis - my wife bought me this as a birthday gift when we were dating. NHLPA 93
Xbox - House of the Dead III
Gamecube - Tarzan
PS2 - Gran Turismo 3
PS1 - Gex
DS - Mario Cart
Jaguar - Cybermorph
man I can't think of any more.

Atari 2600, also my first system. Brand new and the first game was Combat.
NES - Super Mario Bros.
Genesis - Altered Beast "rise from your grave"
SNES - Donkey Kong Country
Playstation - Krazy Ivan
Sega Dreamcast - Gundam Side Story 0079
PS2 - NHL 2001
Xbox - Halo
Gamecube - Phantasy Star Online episodes 1&2 (actually bought the game before the system)
Nintendo DS - (besides the pack in demo) Sprung (which was dirt cheap because of a special)
Xbox 360 - Call of Duty 2
Thats all I can think of at the moment.

Well, It would take a long time going over each one of my systems, so I'll just go over some memorable ones
XBox - NHL Hitz 20-03. I played the hell out of this game for the first 2 months I had my Xbox. It got to the point where I would bring the game over to a friends house and beat him 20-2. No one to this day will dare challenge me at that game.
Dreamcast - Resident Evil: Code Veronica. When I saw this was out, I went out and bought a Dreamcast, a VMU and the game. $250 later I was scaring myself silly for two weeks.
SNES - Super Mario World. Nothing much to say about this other than I shunned all other video games for quite a while when I started playing this. I refused to sully the home of this magnifcant game with a lesser cartridge.
Thats all for now.

PSX - Well the Evil Leon was upgrading to PS2 so I got his PSX and a bunch of games. I probably played Tekken 3 first.

Unbelievable how you guys can remember those titles...I have a hard time remembering the first games for pretty much all of the consoles I have...heheh...
I do remember a couple:
Amiga: some game similar to After Burner
SNES: NBA Jam/Street Fighter 2 (I think)
N64: Super Mario 64 & Cruisn USA (I think)
GB: Tetris/Turtles
PSX: Twisted Metal
Dreamcast: House of the Dead 2 & Sonic Adventure?
hmm, only for Dreamcast & N64 I'm pretty certain...this is much harder than I would've thought
