I beat Guitar Hero on easy and medium, and now I'm going through it on hard.  I have 5 more songs to go and I don't see how I'm going to pass Cowboys from Hell.  Damn this game is fun.

Dragon Quest VIII
God I love this game!  I wanted to stretch out the end of the game a little bit, but my backlog of games is slowly approaching 100, so I had to cut it short.  I still have to go through and get the 2nd ending, so that should add another 5-10 hours.

I actually beat this sometime last week, but I just remembered to put it on here today.  It took 7 credits, but I couldn't beat it with a friend a while ago with 10 credits a piece, so I guess I'm getting better at it.

Has it really been almost 6 months between beaten games?  Damn WoW....

Castlevania:  Dawn of Sorrows
I haven't got anywhere near all of the souls yet, but I did get the best ending.  I think I'll go through and try to beat this on Julius mode and try my hand at maxing out my main character.  I need something to do when my girlfriend wants me to watch some dumb show with her.

3/10/06: ICO. YES! This is an awesome PS2 action adventure/puzzle game! For a title 5 years old, this is one that is standing the test of time. There are a couple of frustrating parts, but this one is addictive as hell and is very impressive in that there is no HUD (den mentioned this in a separate post). The end boss wasn't too difficult, but it did take about a dozen tries for me to finally pull off being able to take it down. Stay with the game through the credits and wander around for a rewarding surprise at the end. My full review of this game will be coming soon.

 I don't know the dates off the top of my head, but here are some games.

Final Fantasy 4 - It was very good, took a while to get into though

Devil May Cry 3 SE- Wow. Wow. Wow. Incredible experience

And that is all as of now I beleive

04-05-06 -- Beat God of War. Pretty amazing game. Short though, and the battle against Ares could have been better, also the fighting isn't as deep as say, Devil May Cry, but other than that a completely kickass game.

Finally beat Final Fantasy(1). For how old the game is, it holds up amazingly well. Plus who the hell would have expected him to be the final boss.

And I don't know if I said this earlier, but I beat God of War and Astro Boy the Omega Factor. God of War was pretty cool, though it borrowed heavily from Devil May Cry. Astro Boy is a Treasure game(dudes that made Gunstar Heros), and if you played Gunstar Heros, you would know what to expect. Also Astro had a pretty deep story which surprised the hell out of me. It is well worth a play and the high marks it got from gamespot.
