This is funny as hell. Steven Colbert takes over a public access show and interviews Eminem. Interview starts right before the 22:00 mark.

that's enough internet for today, and it's not even from the internet

The following music video "has no intentions to insult any individual or groups."

I'll be the judge of that, thank you very much...

Before you make the soul-crushing mistake of camping out for a Black Friday sale at some big-box-chain-store dealie-- or any other retailer for that matter-- please take a look at this first:

It's altogether an overwhelming and unpleasant experience for everyone.

The moral of the story: just buy gift cards for your family and friends. That way, the sorry bastards can shop for and buy their own goddamned presents.

Until next time, this is your Not-So-Secret Santa, signing off...

I just re-discovered an ancient French movie from 1981 (!warning! - total trash for today's standards, and maybe not just today's...) that has special place in my heart.

I remember wanting to see this one sooo much as a kid. The scene is early 80s Yugoslavia, communism and stuff, one or maybe two TV channels operating for 7-8 hours total daily, on average one movie per week (Sunday evening, and after that - Smurfs <3).

My life back then was basically waiting for Sundays. Now, there was a SF/comics TV show with intro made of scenes from Heavy Metal (Métal hurlant, the movie); Of course, I was clueless about the name, or even about it being a movie - in my child imagination, it was some kind of neverending cartoon series that I would be allowed to watch every day, not just on Sundays =)

Here's couple minutes of footage, kind of trailer:
