Today I was traveling in a area of town that I don't get to that much when I spotted a sign for what appeared to be a game store.  I had a little time so I turned around and headed back to the place in question.  Much to my disappointment the place turned out to be a car stereo shop with a neon sign for JL Audio in the window.  The worst part is this is the second time I have done this (not the same store, but the same sign!)  See for yourself, doesn't this resemble an Atari logo?  Especially when it's in neon in a store window!!  Never again, I hope Huh

Ouch, now that hurts.  Cry  I'd be mad at you but my short term memory is gone too, so I don't even remember what you said.

True it does look like an Atari logo but I think the JL Audio is what gave it away to me  Wink  Might be that old age, too.

In my defense I was driving at around 35mph and the store was set back from the road a bit.  And the sign was just the outline of the logo (not including the circle) in neon, the actual lettering was readable once I pulled into the lot, but not from the road.  I still think the logo is very simular, I am sure if they had anything to do with gaming there would be some legal action from Infogrames.

For the record my eyesight for distance has been bad for a long time, I have had glasses since the 7th grade and contacts since I was about 20.  My age is on the other hand starting to effect my vision for reading, it's getting harder and harder to read the small print on things.  Oh well getting old beats the alternative, being dead!!
