I so damn happy, Media Play is closing, that place is a hell hole.

On a side note, I need to go to their store for closeouts.

I'll second that...their stores are some of the filthiest, nastiest, unorganized dumps I've ever seen, followed closely by On-Cue.

Unfortunately, since I've moved, there are no Media Plays anywhere close to me.

Well, I went to Media Play yesterday to get an acoustic guitar.  All of the good ones that they had left were floor models that were pretty beat up, so I just got one of the cheap Squire $100 packs.  Hey a cheap guitar is better than no guitar, right?  To bad my hands still hurt from playing hockey on Wednesday.

The entire store was completely picked over.  There were still plenty of games, but I have a feeling that once they go to 50% off and more, they will start flying off of the shelves.

I ended up waiting in line for a little over an hour to pay.  No big deal, I was expecting a long wait.  While I was waiting in line, I started feeling a little nostalgic.  The Media Play that I went to used to be where I picked up all of my CD's when I was a kid.  My friends and I would ride our bikes up to the mall that is directly across the street (which is another sad story as that mall is now closed down as well), but we would always stop at the Media Play to wander around there first, and every one of us would walk out with either a new CD or movie.  Ah, to be 14 again.

Sorry, there is no real point to this post.  Just a bunch of random thoughts running through my head.
