So what is everyone doing for the holiday?  Anything cool?

My evening should be nice, though not exciting.  I'll be renting some movies to watch with my girlfriend, carving a giant pumpkin (pictures to follow if it turns out well), and possibly handing out candy to kids.  What are your plans?

Happy Halloween, everyone.

we'll probably hit a few houses with our daughter, take her to see the grandma's then pass out candy.

she's already been out a few times. her school does something called Trunk & Treat. the kids have a little party in the school then come out to the parking lot where all the parents pass out candy from the trunks of thier cars. evryone decorates their cars. kinda cool.

we also took her trick or treating at Greenfield Village, the Detroit Zoo and Meijer's.

All my friends are working, my older brother's probably going to a bar with his friends from work, and I live too far out in the middle of nowhere to hand out candy.  So I think this is the first Halloween that I haven't had any plans at least it's the first one I can remember.

I am probably passing out candy at my sisters house so she can take her kids trick or treating.  I'll probably watch AMC while I'm there for there Monsterfest thing.  I hope they play some good movies.  If not, I'm going to watch Jacob's Ladder instead.

I thought my friends and I were going trick-or-treating, but the one who usually arranges it/drives is sick, so I'll be staying at home tonight, like always. Cry

Me and a friend went to pick up pizza wearing scream masks. Then we joined up with some other hooligans and stalked the neighborhood like a pack of zombies.

I picked up my cuz aroun 3:45 and hung out with him for awhile and almost got kicked out of Staples for loitering.

Apparently loitering is when anyone who is a teenager is looking around at various products in a store as a prospective buyer. If i was 45 and looked half cocked like the other guy in the sotr though it would have been alright.
Bullshit.

In anycase i was back home by 8.
Maybe i'll pick up a bag of discount candy this week to get in the spirit.
