Sort of.  If you want, I can give you a step-by-step how-to later.

My dad wants to do that^. It's kinda complicated aint it?

You can get a converter that will take the RCA outputs (red and white) and convert them into a microphone jack.  After that, it's a matter of getting a program that will allow you to record for more than two minutes, and then a file converter to make them .mp3 or .ogg and whatnot.

Well it is working now.
I swapped out my original keyboard for a new one with volume control and hotkeys which for some reason would not work.
So i swapped bak to my orig keyboard which was no longer working as well.

Later i opened up the onscreen keyboard so i could do some stuff.
Then i remembered i had 3 other keyboards i could try out.
Well one of the worked.
The first one i tried actually a Gateway keyboard which also has hotkeys and volume control but non of which work
when i push the volume up button though it pastes
and when i push the volume down button it does an uppercase v

The other keys all do various stange commands that they should clearly not do.

But whatever at least i can type again.

You must restart when switching PS/2 keyboards.  If the keyboards are USB they should hot swap just fine.

You may get lucky and the two keyboards have the same driver, but that most likely won't happen.

Thats what the strange thing is.
The other 2 keybaords where the same.
Both eMachines
I restarted multiple times with each keyboard in.

My original keyboard would work in the prestartup phase but when XP started to run it wouldn't work anymore
The new keyboard would not even work when i first turned it on.
It would say there was an error.

Lunch break rules.
Ok off to go buy some lunch and then back to work for 1:50

Before breaking i had to bring 100+ pounds of carpet padding atleast 300 yards from the back of the building up a flight of stairs.
Carrying it is easy getting it on my shoulder is the hard part....

Good work out though Smiley

Blech I feel stupid. I just bought incompatible RAM off of ebay. Hopefully the seller will take it back.
