My bus driver gave someone a lawn job my sophmore year. It was raining at the time, so of course there were huge tracks where the bus was.  The tracks were there all through the winter.

yeah and LONG before that they were both minor characters in the original Star Wars Trilogy.

Actually if i am not mistaken that is where they originated. The FF creator was a huge starwars fan.

I know so much useless trivia it is amazing. I am trying to prove that Mr. Rogers was an ex-marine. With somewhere between 18-20 something confirmed kills. My guess was he was in Nam because the war he was in i didn't hear. They said he wore sweaters all the time to cover his tatoos.

Sniper Rumors

A rumor (turned urban myth) developed that Fred Rogers was, at some point in his life, a sniper for the United States army in Vietnam (or elsewhere), and that he wore his trademark long-sleeved red cardigan sweater to cover the tattoos of his army days. Though this rumor has been thoroughly debunked, it continues to have some circulation. Its persistence represents a typical subculture-style distortion: a popular, well-loved icon is asserted to be a killer or another unsavory figure, when most credible accounts prove such asserions wrong.

At least one episode proved the "tattoo" portion wrong - in one episode, Mr. Rogers described his daily exercises over a montage of clips. Several shots are shown of Mr. Rogers swimming, and no tattoos are visible.

I've heard that rumor, but never believed it.  If someone shows me his army records, then I'll believe it.

I found out Mr. Rogers died at my first concert (Mad Caddies!! XD!) and I started crying in the middle of the pit and my boyfriend at the time had to calm me down.

;; I loved Mr. Rogers. He taught me how toilets are made. -sob-

Not far in, I think. Although, I may have been thinking of when I started crying again when I ventured in. I think the first time I found out and started crying we were off to the side.
