So me , Scott (tynstar) , his wife Kari and my older brother John bowl in this league every other Saturday night. Its pretty fun if you ask me and the fact that were always ranked up there in the standings doesnt hurt either Wink

So last night my ex-wife ask me "When do you bowl"?
I say well we bowl every other Saturday at 5:15.... She ask " Where at" ? I tell her the location and she says to me "Oh" I ask what does that mean? And she says " Well one of my girlfriends asked me to bowl in that same league". I tell her its a free world and you can bowl where you want , but just know that when you bowl against us you are going to lose badly :beating:

I got to thinking about this and I am still up in the air about it. I really dont want to socialize with her , but getting the chance to kick her ass at bowling might feel good. I guess the good news would be that I am sure her team would suck and therefore she would be 20 lanes down from me because it seems the top teams are lined up from best to worse Cheesy

What would you think if you were in my shoes ?

Bad habit of mine is to eat dinner late.... Like before bed and thats bad because then your bodies matabolism slows down and the food doesnt get broken down as well.

I seriously used to be a health nut and wiegh 215 and was pretty muscular before I got married , had a son and then divorced. You would be amazed what stress and depression do to your eating habits. Not that I am making excuses.

I am joining another hockey league and have started curling dumb bells in my office at work on my break...Its a start  :-/

same troubles as above. I have a job where I sit around all day and I eat late. my wife works too so if she gets home late we end up getting fast food.

it's dinner that is my downfall. during the day I'm good. If i have breakfast it's a Nutrigrain or Granola bar. For lunch it's a sandwich, apple, yougurt and i only drink water during the day.
