I'll try and get ahold of them when I get the chance Smiley

By the way, here is an auction with a silver looking controller, supposedly for NES:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eB...STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Seller only ships within US, so if anyone from the US wants to get it, be my guest Wink

I have no idea which one it is, first time I've seen it.  I'll ask the seller if he can make a pic of the connector.

This is what the seller said:

"it looks just like a regular NES controller's connector. fits into the regular NES and aftermarket units. same for the other controller. thanks for looking"

The last couple on eBay went for around 50-60 Australian dollars, and they were missing the hookups too if I'm not mistaken.  I think shipping won't be cheap either Wink

theres a lot you will never find a box for trust me. You should get the ones you have never seen before even if loose. Cuz who knows when another one will pop up

I disagree...if you keep a good eye out you'll find a boxed one sooner or later....and if you buy all controllers even without a box, you will never know whether it was sold separately or together with pirated hardware (NES clone etc)...which is why I only purchase accessories with boxes, unless I know 100% that it was sold separately and is extremely tough to find (i.e. I don't mind picking up a loose Hands Free controller or something like that) Smiley

There are so many pirated Fami/NES clones out there that I find it pointless to get controllers that may have been packaged with those...

Ever since I started collecting again last May, I've seen at least three of them in boxed condition on eBay, as well as two or three loose ones....they're really not all that tough to find, just gotta have some patience Wink

yah but u think about it. It could be a controller u could or could not find but you still have it in your hands. If you stumble across a boxed one then sell the loose one and keep the box
